Have you been contacted by someone attempting to collect a discharged debt? Have some of your discharged debts appeared on your credit report? If so, I can help you fight back against creditors who break the law to get you to pay debts you no longer owe. You’ll need to make an appointment to come see me in the office, which is when we will review your situation to see what solution is best for you.

There is no fee for the first visit because that’s when we will determine what, if anything, I can do for you.

STEP ONE: COLLECT YOUR DOCUMENTS

That’s pretty easy, but it may take some time. In fact, you should collect your documents before you set up your appointment. When we meet, please be sure to bring all of the paperwork from your bankruptcy case as well as any other information you think may be helpful for your case.

STEP TWO: MAKE YOUR OFFICE APPOINTMENT

Making an appointment to see me is incredibly easy. In fact, you don’t even need to pick up the phone! I don’t do telephone appointments, and typically can’t answer your questions on the phone. It’s just like calling a doctor - you don’t expect a full and accurate diagnosis based on a statement of, “Doctor, my stomach hurts,” do you?

So when you’re ready and have all documents with you, just click here to see my schedule. Pick your date and time for your free office consultation, and you’re all set!
